- • The Global ISV Partner Manager will build and scale ClickUp’s strategic ISV ecosystem, focusing on high-value software partners and AWS Marketplace to drive pipeline, revenue, and customer impact through structured go-to-market execution.
- • Day to day, the role involves recruiting and prioritizing strategic ISV partners, developing joint business plans, enabling partners to position ClickUp effectively, establishing operating cadences for partner motions, and collaborating cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Customer Success to align partner activity with field execution.
- • ClickUp is an AI-native company building the future of work with a converged workspace that unifies tasks, docs, chat, calendar, and enterprise search, supercharged by context-driven AI. The company values AI fluency and hires based on ambition, grit, and potential impact.
- • In this role, the person will learn how to shape ecosystem strategy, turn partner relationships into repeatable growth levers, and gain deep experience in AWS Marketplace motions, joint go-to-market planning, and strategic partnership execution within a high-growth SaaS environment.
🎯 Requirements
- • 7+ years of experience in partnerships, alliances, channel, business development, or ecosystem roles within enterprise software or SaaS
- • Strong track record building or growing strategic technology, ISV, cloud, or partner-led go-to-market relationships that influenced pipeline or revenue
- • Experience working with cloud marketplaces, co-sell motions, or strategic software-partner ecosystems, ideally including AWS Marketplace exposure
- • Clear evidence of turning partner strategy into execution through partner recruitment, joint planning, enablement, and measurable commercial outcomes
- • Strong understanding of partner economics and the tradeoffs between partner breadth, partner quality, and field adoption
- • Ability to operate as a hands-on builder in an ambiguous environment, creating structure, priorities, and momentum without waiting for a fully mature program
