📋 Description

• Manage order dispatching from overseas ERP systems to logistics partners’ platforms, ensuring accurate and timely processing of shipments.
• Resolve order dispatch failures and data discrepancies by coordinating with warehouse and IT teams to troubleshoot system and process issues.
• Optimize ERP order-to-logistics-channel matching rules based on business priorities such as delivery speed or cost efficiency.
• Conduct regular testing and validation of system rules to ensure logical, efficient, and error-free order allocation across global logistics networks.
• Monitor real-time status of last-mile shipments to identify exceptions including delivery delays, lost parcels, and address errors.
• Proactively address exception tickets from logistics carriers by collaborating with carriers and customer service teams to drive timely resolutions.
• Develop and implement standardized workflows for recurring logistics issues such as customs clearance failures and last-mile delivery failures.
• Compile weekly and monthly reports on exception order types, volumes, and resolution progress to track performance trends.
• Investigate root causes of ticket surges related to system failures, carrier service fluctuations, or promotional impacts, and propose data-driven optimization strategies.
• Track and report on key logistics performance metrics including delivery timelines and exception rates to inform corrective actions.
• Collaborate with IT teams to enhance ERP system functionalities and improve automation efficiency in order processing.
• Partner with customer service teams to proactively communicate logistics exceptions, reducing client inquiries and complaints.
• Work with overseas warehouse operations to refine outbound processes and mitigate logistics issues originating from upstream operations.
• Ensure compliance with international logistics standards and procedures, including customs clearance and reverse logistics for product returns.
• Maintain accurate documentation of processes, exceptions, and resolutions to support continuous improvement and audit readiness.
• Support global expansion initiatives by scaling logistics operations across new markets while maintaining service quality and operational efficiency.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher; preference for Logistics Management, Supply Chain, or related fields
• 2+ years of experience in logistics systems operations or exception handling, with familiarity in ERP/WMS/TMS system logic
• Proficiency in Excel/SQL for data analysis and root cause identification
• Strong sense of accountability, ability to multitask, and excellent cross-department communication skills
• Experience in international logistics workflows
• Practical experience in managing last-mile logistics for overseas warehouses (e.g., coordinating with carriers like FedEx, UPS, DHL)
