- • As a Global Legal Associate at Remofirst Inc., you will play a critical role in supporting the company’s mission to enable Freedom of Work by ensuring legal compliance across global hiring, payroll, and benefits operations. You will help safeguard the company’s expansion into international markets by managing legal risks and supporting product development with a strong legal foundation.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities will include reviewing and advising on employment contracts, data privacy regulations, and cross-border compliance matters; collaborating with product, engineering, and HR teams to integrate legal requirements into platform features; monitoring changes in international labor laws and advising on implications for the Remofirst platform; supporting due diligence for partnerships and client onboarding; and assisting in the development of internal policies and legal documentation.
- • You will join a small but strong, mission-driven team of over 200 professionals who are hyper-focused on building a world-class global HR platform. The company partners with Fortune 500 enterprises and innovative startups, operating at the intersection of HR technology and global compliance, and values agility, precision, and cross-functional collaboration.
- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in international employment law, data protection (including GDPR), and HR tech compliance. You will gain hands-on experience shaping legal strategy for a scalable global platform, work closely with product and engineering teams, and contribute directly to Remofirst’s growth and ability to serve clients compliantly across borders.
