People Systems Analyst

📋 Description

• • As a People Systems Analyst at Harvey AI Inc., you will serve as a Workday specialist focused on Time Off & Absence Management, Time Tracking, and Payroll configuration, playing a critical role in scaling the company’s people systems during rapid global expansion.
• • You will configure and maintain Workday modules across multiple countries, build and manage time tracking and payroll integrations, support global onboarding for new offices, and create custom reports and dashboards to enable data-driven decisions across People Ops, Finance, and Payroll teams.
• • You will join Harvey’s Glue / Information Technology team, working cross-functionally with People Ops, Total Rewards, Payroll, Finance, Legal, and IT to design scalable, compliant systems that support the company’s mission to transform legal and professional services through agentic AI.
• • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in global Workday configurations, gain experience with international payroll integrations, and contribute to building scalable HR infrastructure for a high-growth, mission-driven company operating in 60+ countries.
