• • As a Global Partnerships Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in bringing live events to life on the FloSports platform while providing crucial support to a broad and diverse network of sports organizations. This dynamic position operates at the critical intersection of account management and operations, offering invaluable hands-on experience in managing key partnerships. You will be instrumental in supporting the operational functions that drive consistent value and sustainable growth across multiple sports verticals, ensuring our partners receive exceptional support and our business continues to thrive.
• • Your day-to-day responsibilities will be divided between managing a portfolio of small to mid-sized partners and contributing to the operational efficiency of the Global Partnerships team. Approximately 50% of your time will be dedicated to Partner Portfolio Management. In this capacity, you will serve as the primary day-to-day contact for your assigned partners, focusing on building strong, trusting relationships, fostering open communication channels, and consistently delivering a high-quality partner experience. You will lead the execution of essential partnership deliverables and contractual obligations, requiring meticulous coordination across partners, events, and various internal teams. This will involve adeptly managing multiple timelines simultaneously to ensure all contractual requirements are met with precision. A key aspect of this role is translating partner needs, contractual stipulations, and internal strategic objectives into clear, actionable plans, ensuring all involved teams are aligned and execution remains consistent and effective. You will also actively support rights partner renewals by maintaining strong organization, accurately tracking performance metrics, and ensuring clear, comprehensive documentation is maintained. Proactive monitoring of contractual health and deliverables is essential, requiring you to identify and flag potential risks, gaps, or opportunities that could impact partner satisfaction or renewal outcomes.
• • The remaining 50% of your role will focus on Horizontal Team Support & Operations. Here, you will contribute significantly to building and refining scalable systems and workflows designed to enable the team to support a high volume of partners without compromising on quality. You will be responsible for ensuring that crucial partner data, essential assets, and critical deliverables are collected and meticulously organized in a timely manner. During high-volume periods, critical live events, or significant key initiatives, you will provide vital support to Partnership Managers, ensuring seamless operations. Your contributions will directly impact the achievement of department OKRs through consistent, high-quality execution, robust organization, and close alignment with overarching team and vertical priorities. You will ensure that day-to-day workstreams are strategically aligned with vertical strategies and individual partner goals, maximizing impact and efficiency. A forward-thinking aspect of this role involves leveraging technology and AI tools to streamline workflows, reduce manual effort, and enhance overall team efficiency. You will be instrumental in creating clarity across different teams by expertly organizing information, diligently tracking ownership of tasks, and ensuring that timelines, expectations, and deliverables are clearly understood by all stakeholders. When issues inevitably arise, you will play a key role in surfacing root causes, coordinating the appropriate stakeholders to address the problem, and driving solutions that effectively prevent recurrence, thereby improving processes and partner satisfaction.
