Global Payroll Director

📋 Description

• • Lead the global payroll team at Montrose Environmental Group, Inc., ensuring timely, accurate, and compliant payroll processing across the US, Canada, and Australia while supporting the company’s mission of environmental responsibility and human progress.
• • Oversee end-to-end payroll operations, manage vendor relationships, lead month-end/quarter-end/year-end processes, and drive automation and system enhancements to support scalable growth.
• • Partner with HR, Finance, Legal, Tax, and Internal Audit to align payroll with business objectives, including M&A due diligence, integration, and organic expansion into new countries.
• • Develop and mentor a high-performing payroll team, foster a people-first culture, and gain strategic influence as a key advisor on transformational initiatives while advancing expertise in global payroll compliance, equity administration, and SOX controls.
