Global Payroll Manager

📋 Description

• • The Global Payroll Manager at CareAccess Inc. will oversee payroll operations across the organization, with direct responsibility for U.S. and Canada payroll and oversight of international payroll delivered through a global vendor, ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant processing in a complex, multi-entity environment.
• • Day to day, the role involves owning end-to-end payroll processing for designated entities, managing semi-monthly and bi-weekly cycles, validating and reconciling payroll data, leading year-end tax activities, managing payroll tax setup and compliance across jurisdictions, serving as a trusted point of contact for employee inquiries, overseeing vendor relationships, preparing payroll reports, and driving process improvements and system enhancements.
