  • • As the Global People Solutions Manager at Visa Inc., you will be at the forefront of shaping and delivering a world-class HR Shared Services function on a global scale. This pivotal leadership role is designed for an individual passionate about driving operational excellence, ensuring superior service delivery quality, managing risks effectively, spearheading large-scale transformation initiatives, and inspiring a high-performing team. Your mission will be to guarantee a consistent, efficient, and compliant employee experience that seamlessly supports Visa's overarching enterprise HR strategy across all regions.
  • • You will act as a key strategic partner, collaborating closely with various HR functions including Centers of Excellence (CoEs), HR Business Partners (HRBPs), HR Technology teams, Compliance departments, and external vendors. This collaborative approach is essential for delivering scalable, future-ready HR operations that empower Visa's global workforce.
  • • At the core of your responsibilities will be leading and managing the day-to-day global HR Shared Services operations. This encompasses overseeing the entire employee lifecycle, from initial onboarding to ongoing employment lifecycle events, across numerous geographies. Your oversight will include critical processes such as case management, meticulous employee data administration, coordination of payroll activities, comprehensive benefits administration, and the accurate processing of employment verification requests.
  • • A significant aspect of this role involves ensuring the timely, accurate, and compliant maintenance of data within Visa's global HR systems. This includes the Human Resources Information System (HRIS) and the case management platform. You will be instrumental in upholding the highest standards of data integrity, ensuring the accuracy of all reports generated, and maintaining robust system governance to protect sensitive employee information.
  • • You will provide hands-on leadership, particularly in resolving complex employee data issues and managing service escalations, ensuring that employee queries and concerns are addressed with speed and precision.
  • • Driving transitions and transformations within Shared Services will be a key focus. You will lead the seamless integration and migration of new processes into the HR Shared Services model. This involves meticulous knowledge transfer, comprehensive documentation, effective training programs, and ensuring stabilization post-transition to guarantee smooth operations.
  • • A critical objective is to champion process standardization, simplification, and re-engineering. By identifying opportunities for improvement, you will enhance efficiency, scalability, and the overall employee experience. You will work collaboratively with stakeholders to ensure that shared services delivery remains perfectly aligned with the broader enterprise HR strategy.
  • • Furthermore, you will play a vital role in supporting significant organizational changes, including mergers, acquisitions, and other structural realignments, from an HR operations perspective. Your expertise will be crucial in ensuring these transitions are managed effectively and with minimal disruption.
  • • You will be a proactive advocate for digital enablement, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives, constantly seeking innovative ways to leverage technology and best practices to optimize HR operations.
  • • Establishing and maintaining rigorous quality management frameworks is paramount. This includes defining and monitoring service quality standards, Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) across all HR operations. You will design and lead internal quality assurance programs, meticulously measuring accuracy, turnaround times, customer satisfaction, and compliance adherence.
  • • Conducting regular audits, performing thorough root cause analyses for any deviations, and implementing effective corrective action plans will be part of your routine. You will embed a strong culture of continuous improvement, utilizing data metrics, employee feedback, and operational insights to drive ongoing enhancements.
  • • Proactive HR risk management and governance are essential. You will be responsible for identifying, assessing, and mitigating a wide range of HR operational risks, including those related to compliance, data privacy, and regulatory adherence. This involves maintaining comprehensive risk registers, implementing robust controls, and ensuring all documentation aligns with global and local requirements.
  • • You will partner closely with internal audit, legal, compliance, and risk management teams to guarantee unwavering adherence to company policies and external regulations. Ensuring that governance frameworks are deeply embedded across all shared services operations will be a key responsibility.
  • • Exceptional stakeholder engagement and communication skills are vital. You will cultivate strong, collaborative partnerships with HRBPs, HR Technology, Payroll, Benefits, Compliance teams, and external vendors, acting as a trusted advisor.
  • • You will be responsible for preparing insightful dashboards, reports, and executive-level communications to clearly articulate the value and performance of HR Shared Services. Influencing stakeholders through clear, data-driven communication and structured governance forums will be a key aspect of your role.
  • • Leading, developing, and mentoring a diverse, high-performing HR operations team is central to this position. You will set clear performance goals, provide regular coaching and feedback, and conduct effective performance management.
  • • Creating tailored development plans to support career growth, capability building, and succession planning within your team will be a priority. Fostering an inclusive, collaborative, and customer-focused team culture that embodies Visa's values is essential.
  • • Ensuring all HR operational processes are clearly documented, up-to-date, and easily accessible is crucial. You will oversee ongoing training for team members and stakeholders on processes, systems, and controls, acting as a subject matter expert in HR operations and shared services delivery.
  • • This is a hybrid position, with the expectation of days in the office to be confirmed by your hiring manager.
