📋 Description

• • Own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for Solventum’s flagship autonomous medical-coding platform, an AI-powered SaaS solution that automates ICD-10, CPT, and HCPCS coding for hospitals, health systems, and physician groups. You will translate complex clinical workflows into intuitive product capabilities that reduce denial rates, accelerate revenue cycles, and free clinicians to focus on patient care.
• • Act as the single point of accountability for product P&L, OKRs, and KPIs spanning accuracy, throughput, customer NPS, and ARR. Own the backlog, write crisp user stories, and ruthlessly prioritize features that deliver measurable ROI within 90-day release cycles.
• • Synthesize insights from multiple data streams—EHR audit logs, claims remittance data, customer interviews, and market intelligence—to uncover unmet needs and quantify business impact. Build interactive dashboards in Power BI or QuickSight that turn raw data into compelling narratives for executives, clinicians, and engineers alike.
• • Lead a distributed, cross-functional squad of data scientists, clinical informaticists, full-stack engineers, and UX designers in an Agile environment. Run sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives; champion Definition of Done and continuous delivery practices that ship production-grade AI models every two weeks.
• • Partner with enterprise customers, revenue-cycle leaders, and compliance officers to co-design pilots and beta programs. Translate regulatory changes (e.g., CMS 2025 outpatient rule) into product requirements and ensure our algorithms remain compliant, explainable, and bias-free.
• • Evangelize the product externally at HIMSS, AHIMA, and HFMA conferences and internally through lunch-and-learns, design jams, and AMA sessions. Create sales-enablement assets—ROI calculators, demo scripts, and competitive battle cards—that empower the field to close seven-figure deals.
• • Drive change-management initiatives that guide customers through AI adoption: workflow redesign, staff training, and success metrics. Collaborate with Customer Success to reduce time-to-value from 120 days to <60 days and achieve referenceable NPS ≥70.
• • Stay ahead of emerging trends—large language models, FHIR APIs, ambient clinical documentation—and run quarterly “innovation sprints” that prototype future capabilities. Present findings to the CTO and secure seed funding for next-gen products.
• • Mentor junior product owners and analysts; foster a culture of psychological safety, experimentation, and data-driven decision-making. Conduct quarterly career-development plans and ensure every team member has a clear path to promotion.
• • Uphold Solventum’s unwavering commitment to ethics, privacy, and security. Ensure HIPAA, SOC 2, and ISO 27001 controls are embedded in every feature and that our AI models are transparent, auditable, and fair across all patient populations.
