📋 Description

  • Build and execute a global sales enablement programme to support SMB and Enterprise sales teams across the UK, Europe, and the US, driving improved conversion rates and shorter sales cycles.
  • Own end-to-end inbound and outbound lead workflows, ensuring seamless handoffs and alignment between marketing, sales, and customer success functions.
  • Maintain and improve CRM accuracy across regions, designing and refining opportunity stage definitions to reflect accurate pipeline progression and forecasting metrics.
  • Manage all sales meeting logistics, including scheduling internal and external calls, coordinating attendance at key industry conferences, and ensuring timely follow-ups.
  • Design, develop, and maintain sales dashboards and reporting tools that track the effectiveness of enablement initiatives, using data to quantify impact and inform strategy.
  • Collaborate closely with global sales leaders, marketing, product, and training teams to align enablement content with evolving sales processes and market needs.
  • Create and curate sales collateral, playbooks, training materials, and objection-handling resources tailored to different buyer personas and regional markets.
  • Monitor sales performance metrics and identify gaps in enablement that hinder team productivity, then implement targeted improvements.
  • Act as a liaison between global sales teams and regional stakeholders to ensure consistency in messaging, tool usage, and process adoption across markets.
  • Provide ongoing support and coaching to sales representatives on CRM usage, pipeline hygiene, and best practices for customer engagement.
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends, forecast demand, and recommend adjustments to sales strategies based on real-time insights.
  • Ensure all sales enablement materials are compliant with regional regulations and brand guidelines across the UK, Europe, and US markets.
  • Drive adoption of new sales tools and technologies by creating clear communication plans, training sessions, and change management strategies.
  • Report regularly to senior leadership on programme performance, ROI, and key milestones achieved through enablement initiatives.
  • Contribute to the development of KAYAK for Business’s go-to-market strategy by aligning sales enablement goals with broader corporate objectives.
  • Support the onboarding and ramp-up of new sales hires by providing structured onboarding content and mentorship aligned with regional sales processes.
  • Continuously update enablement resources to reflect product updates, competitive shifts, and customer feedback gathered from field teams.
  • Facilitate quarterly sales review meetings with regional leads to assess progress, share wins, and co-develop improvements to enablement strategies.
  • Ensure alignment between sales enablement activities and KAYAK’s commitment to inclusion, diversity, and equitable access to resources across all markets.
