• In this critical role, you will be the frontline guardian of our operations, ensuring the seamless and efficient delivery of customer service and incident management.

• You will contribute to the development and refinement of GSOC Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), ensuring our response mechanisms are always best-in-class.
• Collaboration with cross-functional teams, including IT, Facilities, and Executive Leadership, will be essential to effectively manage and resolve security incidents.
• You will be expected to conduct regular system checks and health monitoring to ensure all security infrastructure is functioning optimally.
• The GSOC Operator will also be involved in the initial triage of alerts, distinguishing between genuine threats and false alarms.
• A significant part of your day-to-day will involve responding to duress alarms, access control breaches, and other physical security alerts.
• You will be responsible for initiating emergency response protocols when necessary, coordinating with external agencies such as law enforcement or emergency medical services.
