- • As a Global Security Operations Center (GSOC) Supervisor at Saronic Technologies Inc., you will be at the forefront of safeguarding our innovative maritime operations. You will lead a dedicated team of GSOC operators, ensuring the delivery of a seamless, efficient, and highly responsive customer service and incident management experience. This pivotal role demands a proactive approach to developing, implementing, and refining Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for all GSOC systems, encompassing critical areas such as real-time monitoring, swift incident response, and effective escalation protocols.
- • Your leadership will be instrumental in fostering a culture of vigilance, preparedness, and continuous improvement within the GSOC. You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the GSOC team, including scheduling, performance management, training, and professional development. This involves identifying skill gaps, providing constructive feedback, and ensuring that the team is equipped with the knowledge and tools necessary to excel in their roles.
- • A core aspect of your responsibility will be the oversight of the GSOC's technological infrastructure. This includes ensuring the optimal functioning of various security systems, such as CCTV, access control, alarm monitoring, and communication platforms. You will work closely with IT and facilities teams to troubleshoot issues, implement upgrades, and ensure the reliability and effectiveness of these critical security assets.
- • You will play a key role in developing and executing comprehensive incident response plans. This involves anticipating potential threats, understanding vulnerabilities, and establishing clear procedures for managing security incidents, from initial detection to final resolution and post-incident analysis. Your experience in crisis management will be invaluable in navigating high-pressure situations, ensuring that Saronic's assets and personnel are protected with minimal disruption.
- • The GSOC Supervisor will also be responsible for maintaining and enhancing the customer service aspect of the GSOC. This means ensuring that all interactions with internal and external stakeholders are professional, timely, and effective. You will be the primary point of contact for escalated issues, requiring strong communication and problem-solving skills to de-escalate situations and provide appropriate solutions.
- • You will contribute to the strategic development of the GSOC by analyzing incident data, identifying trends, and recommending improvements to security measures and operational procedures. This data-driven approach will help Saronic Technologies to proactively mitigate risks and enhance overall security posture.
- • This role requires a deep understanding of physical security principles and best practices, coupled with the ability to adapt these to the unique challenges of a rapidly growing, technology-focused company operating in the maritime domain.
- • You will be responsible for ensuring compliance with all relevant security policies, regulations, and industry standards. This includes conducting regular audits and reviews to maintain the highest levels of security and operational integrity.
- • The GSOC Supervisor will also be involved in the selection and implementation of new security technologies and systems, ensuring that Saronic remains at the cutting edge of security operations.
- • You will foster strong working relationships with internal departments, including IT, Legal, Facilities, and Operations, as well as external partners and law enforcement agencies, to ensure a coordinated and effective security response.
- • Ultimately, your leadership will ensure that the GSOC operates as a highly efficient, proactive, and reliable hub, providing essential security oversight and support for Saronic Technologies' global operations, thereby enabling the company's mission of revolutionizing autonomy at sea.

- • Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role within a Global Security Operations Center (GSOC) or similar security operations environment.
- • Demonstrated experience in incident response, crisis management, and developing/implementing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for security systems monitoring and escalation.
- • Solid understanding of physical security systems, including CCTV, access control, alarm monitoring, and basic troubleshooting capabilities.
- • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, with the ability to effectively manage and motivate a team.
