- • As a Global SEO/AEO Manager at Iron Mountain, you will strengthen the company's organic search foundation and drive scalable, high-impact growth across its global digital ecosystem by aligning technical SEO, content, and AI-driven insights.
- • You will architect and maintain a durable global SEO foundation across 60+ country websites, lead AI and search innovation through Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) and Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) strategies, and drive business growth by building organic dashboards, championing SEO best practices, and mentoring team members.
- • You will join Iron Mountain’s Global Digital Marketing team, a highly collaborative and forward-thinking group that serves as a vital cross-functional partner across the entire organization, supporting the company’s mission to deliver sustainable solutions in records management, digital transformation, and data privacy.
- • In this role, you will develop expertise in enterprise SEO platforms, AI-driven search trends, and global multi-site optimization while advancing your career as a strategic leader in search innovation within a Fortune 500 company committed to social responsibility and technological advancement.
🎯 Requirements
- • 8+ years of experience in Search Engine Optimization (SEO), ideally within a large, matrixed B2B organization managing complex, multi-site ecosystems
- • Strong knowledge of technical SEO, site architecture, on-page optimization best practices, and enterprise SEO platforms such as BrightEdge and SEMRush
- • Proven ability to translate search, competitor, and behavioral data into actionable content strategies while adapting to evolving AI trends and Large Language Models (LLMs)
- • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Information Technology, or a related field (preferred)
