You will be the bridge between Coda’s cutting-edge payment, commerce and distribution technology and the strategic needs of global gaming publishers, digital content platforms and high-growth brands across APAC and beyond. Your deep product fluency and consultative style turn skeptical prospects into enthusiastic advocates, shortening sales cycles and expanding average deal size.
• • Architect end-to-end integration solutions. From the first discovery call through scoping workshops, proof-of-concept builds and production roll-outs, you translate complex business requirements into elegant, scalable technical designs that leverage Codapay, Custom Commerce, Giftcloud and our newly acquired Recharge capabilities. You produce architecture diagrams, sequence flows and data-mapping documents that both engineers and executives can understand and trust.
• • Influence product direction. By distilling partner feedback, market trends and regulatory shifts into clear, prioritized insights, you will shape the roadmap for APIs, SDKs, compliance tooling and fraud-prevention features that keep Coda two steps ahead of the industry. You maintain a living backlog of “voice-of-customer” themes and champion them in quarterly planning sessions.
• • Empower revenue teams. Run tailored enablement sessions for Sales, Account Management and Marketing so they can articulate technical differentiators, handle objections and accelerate deal velocity without escalating every query to engineering. You create battle cards, demo scripts and ROI calculators that turn technical complexity into competitive advantage.
• • Lead cross-functional squads. You will orchestrate Product Managers, Engineers, Compliance, Tax, Legal and Customer Success to deliver pilots in weeks—not months—while ensuring every launch meets local payment regulations, tax obligations and brand-experience standards. Your project-management rigor keeps sprints on track and stakeholders aligned across time zones.
• • Be the trusted advisor. Whether presenting to CTOs in Seoul, CFOs in Dubai or Growth VPs in São Paulo, you communicate fluently in both “business outcomes” and “API specs,” building credibility that turns one-off integrations into multi-year platform partnerships. You tailor every deck, demo and data sheet to the audience’s KPIs and cultural context.
• • Mitigate risk before it happens. You proactively identify scalability bottlenecks, fraud vectors, FX exposure and data-privacy gaps, then design mitigation strategies that protect revenue and reputation. You run threat-modeling workshops and maintain a risk register that guides executive decisions on go-live dates and market expansion.
• • Drive continuous optimization. Post-launch, you monitor KPI dashboards, run A/B tests on checkout flows and propose iterative enhancements that lift authorization rates, reduce churn and unlock new monetization models such as subscriptions, bundles or tokenized rewards. You present quarterly business reviews that quantify incremental revenue and cost savings.
• • Champion a culture of technical excellence. Contribute to internal guilds, write integration playbooks, and mentor junior Solutions Engineers so the entire organization levels up with every deal you close. You host lunch-and-learns on emerging payment rails and maintain an internal wiki that becomes the single source of truth for technical knowledge.
