• • As a Global Strategy Lead at Delivery Hero SE, you will act as a primary strategic driver reporting to senior leadership to dismantle complex business hurdles and define the platform’s future, operating with full ownership over high-stakes projects and strong focus on high-level individual execution and cross-functional influence.
• • You will lead key strategic projects, supporting senior stakeholders to crack diverse and highly demanding problems, help define the future of the platform by making it more accessible and mapping out paths to sustainable profitability, and serve as a principal strategist guiding a pod of analysts through successful project execution by translating high-level strategy into clear workstreams while mentoring the team’s core competencies and maintaining hands-on strategic delivery.
• • You will join Delivery Hero SE’s headquarters team in Barcelona, working within a high-impact strategy function that shapes the long-term direction of a global food delivery platform operating across multiple markets, where data-driven decision-making and cross-functional collaboration are central to solving complex business challenges.
