đź“‹ Description
- • Own and evolve the worldwide talent acquisition strategy for Clio, translating our mission to transform the legal experience into a concrete, multi-year hiring roadmap that supports aggressive product expansion, geographic growth, and M&A integration.
- • Lead a globally distributed Talent Acquisition organization of recruiters, sourcers, coordinators, operations analysts, and employer-brand specialists across North America, EMEA, APAC, and LATAM, ensuring every region has the capacity, capability, and culture to hire exceptional talent at speed and scale.
- • Act as the executive face of recruiting to the C-suite, Board, and investors—presenting quarterly talent intelligence, head-count scenarios, and risk-mitigation plans that directly influence capital allocation, product roadmaps, and go-to-market timing.
- • Architect and operationalize a three-year workforce plan that anticipates emerging skill needs in legal AI, cloud security, data science, and customer success, while balancing cost discipline with the flexibility to pivot when markets shift.
- • Build and mentor a high-performing leadership bench within TA: define career pathways from recruiter to principal to director, institute mastery-based learning programs, and codify inclusive interviewing standards that scale as we double in size.
- • Partner with Finance, People Analytics, and HR Business Partners to create dynamic head-count models, recruiter capacity forecasts, and offer-approval workflows that cut time-to-fill by 30 % without sacrificing quality or diversity.
- • Design and deploy an AI-augmented recruiting stack—leveraging Workday Recruiter, Gem, GoodTime, and next-generation sourcing tools—while embedding human oversight and ethical AI principles that keep candidate experience personal and bias-free.
- • Champion an uncompromising candidate experience: from first touch through onboarding, ensure every prospect feels informed, respected, and inspired by Clio’s culture, regardless of outcome, achieving industry-leading NPS and Glassdoor ratings.
- • Institutionalize market intelligence and competitive mapping: maintain real-time dashboards on talent supply, compensation trends, and competitor movements, turning insights into actionable strategies that keep Clio one step ahead.
- • Drive executive search and critical-senior-hire programs end-to-end, personally quarterbacking C-level, VP, and distinguished-engineer searches while coaching internal teams on narrative development, stakeholder alignment, and closing techniques.
- • Oversee global employer-brand campaigns that position Clio as the destination for mission-driven technologists, legal innovators, and customer-obsessed professionals—amplifying our Series E momentum, unicorn valuation, and social-impact story.
- • Establish governance for diversity, inclusion, and belonging in hiring: set measurable goals, sponsor ERG partnerships, and embed equitable processes that deliver representative leadership pipelines and measurable progress toward our DIBE commitments.
- • Create a data-obsessed TA culture: implement global dashboards that track funnel health, quality-of-hire, diversity metrics, and recruiter productivity, enabling leaders to course-correct weekly and celebrate wins transparently.
- • Lead post-acquisition talent integration playbooks, ensuring newly acquired teams are assessed, retained, and onboarded in ways that accelerate product synergies and protect cultural continuity.
- • Serve as escalation point for the most complex offers, visa cases, and executive negotiations, balancing candidate empathy with fiscal responsibility and internal parity.
🎯 Requirements
- • 15+ years of progressive talent acquisition leadership, including 10+ years managing multi-level teams across multiple geographies in high-growth SaaS or technology environments.
- • Demonstrated success owning global executive search and senior leadership hiring at scale, with a track record of closing C-suite, VP, and distinguished-engineer candidates in competitive markets.
- • Expert-level fluency with modern recruiting technologies (ATS, CRM, sourcing automation, AI tools) and the ability to design scalable, data-driven processes that reduce time-to-fill while improving quality and diversity.
- • Proven ability to translate business strategy into workforce plans, head-count models, and scenario forecasts that influence executive decision-making and capital allocation.
- • Exceptional storytelling and executive communication skills—comfortable presenting to Boards, investors, and all-hands audiences with clarity, influence, and strategic insight.
