đź“‹ Description

  • • Ashby Inc. is seeking dynamic and results-oriented Go-To-Market (GTM) Recruiters to join our growing talent acquisition team, focusing on the Americas region. This is a unique opportunity to play a pivotal role in scaling our Go-To-Market functions, including G&A, Product Support, Professional Services, and Customer Success. As a GTM Recruiter, you will be instrumental in shaping the future of our company by identifying, attracting, and hiring exceptional talent that drives our business forward.
  • • You will own the complete recruitment lifecycle, from developing innovative sourcing strategies to extending offers. This involves deeply understanding the needs of our hiring managers and GTM leaders, translating those needs into effective recruitment plans, and executing those plans with precision and creativity. Your success will be measured by your ability to consistently attract, evaluate, and hire high-quality candidates who align with Ashby's culture and contribute to our ambitious growth targets.
  • • A key aspect of this role is building and nurturing robust talent pipelines. You will proactively identify and engage with potential candidates, cultivating relationships that can be leveraged for current and future hiring needs. This proactive approach is crucial for maintaining our competitive edge and ensuring we have a strong bench of talent ready to support our rapid expansion.
  • • We are looking for individuals who are energized by both strategic thinking and hands-on execution. You should be adept at devising creative solutions to accelerate hiring processes while also being comfortable diving deep into sourcing activities, conducting thorough candidate evaluations, and managing a high volume of outreach and screening calls.
  • • Ashby is a leader in the talent acquisition software space, serving notable clients such as Notion, Linear, Shopify, and Snowflake. We boast best-in-class growth and retention metrics, with tens of millions in ARR and year-over-year growth exceeding 100%. Our commitment to excellence extends to our hiring practices, where we aim to build a diverse and inclusive workforce. You will contribute directly to this mission by ensuring a fair and equitable hiring process for all candidates.
  • • This role offers the chance to become an expert user of the Ashby product itself, gaining deep insights into its capabilities and how it can be leveraged to optimize recruitment processes. You will also have the opportunity to contribute to the broader recruiting community through our content creation efforts, sharing best practices and thought leadership on our recruiting blog and through our Hiring Excellence Framework.
  • • Success in the first six months will involve significantly contributing to our hiring goals for GTM positions, demonstrating a data-driven approach to optimizing workflows, and building a strong foundation for future talent acquisition efforts. You will collaborate closely with departmental leaders and hiring managers to ensure a clear understanding of role requirements and to foster strong partnerships throughout the hiring process.
  • • We emphasize a data-driven mindset, encouraging you to use metrics from the Ashby platform to inform your strategies, optimize your workflows, and balance the critical factors of diversity, quality, and volume in your hiring efforts. This analytical approach will be key to identifying new talent pools, refining sourcing channels, and ensuring the highest quality of hire as we scale.
  • • You will be responsible for developing and implementing recruitment processes that prioritize quality and alignment with our company values and strategic objectives. This includes conducting root cause analysis of pipeline performance and role-specific challenges to continuously improve our hiring outcomes.
  • • The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record in full-cycle GTM recruiting within the B2B SaaS industry. Experience recruiting for G&A, Support, or Customer Success roles is highly valued. You should be comfortable with advanced sourcing techniques, including Boolean search and talent mapping, and possess the ability to qualify requisitions effectively with senior leadership.
  • • We are committed to a transparent and equitable hiring process. Applications will be reviewed thoroughly, and candidates are encouraged to take their time to present their experience and impact clearly. We do not prioritize early applications or referrals, focusing instead on the quality and relevance of each candidate's submission.
  • • This role is ideal for a recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and is passionate about building exceptional teams. You will have the autonomy to develop and execute recruitment strategies, making a tangible impact on Ashby's continued success and growth.
  • • You will be a key player in driving Ashby's mission to build the next generation of enterprise software, starting with a suite of products that revolutionize talent acquisition. Your contributions will directly influence our ability to attract and retain the top talent needed to achieve our ambitious goals.
  • • We foster a culture of humility, continuous improvement, and dedication to excellence. If you are eager to bring your unique strengths to a talented team and contribute to building a culture of success, we encourage you to apply and help us shape the future of talent acquisition.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Proven track record as an expert Go To Market Recruiter in one of the following: G&A, Support or Customer Success, from within a B2B SaaS company.
  • • Data-driven mindset, able to optimize your workflows, balancing diversity, quality and volume.
  • • Demonstrated experience in creating innovative sourcing strategies that differentiate the talent pipelines from inbound attraction and referrals.
  • • Proficiency in Boolean search, talent mapping, and requisition qualification with senior leaders.
  • • Ability to manage high volumes of outreach and screening calls, prioritize workload effectively, and perform root cause analysis of pipelines and roles.

🏖️ Benefits

  • • Competitive salary and equity.
  • • 10-year exercise window for stock options.
  • • Unlimited PTO with four weeks recommended per year.
  • • Twelve weeks of fully paid family leave in the US.
  • • Generous equipment, software, and office furniture budget.
  • • $100/month education budget with more expensive items covered with manager approval.
  • • Top-notch health insurance for you and your dependents with all premiums covered by us (US).
