- • As a Go-To-Market Strategist - AI Trainer, you will play a pivotal role in refining AI systems' understanding of real-world go-to-market (GTM) strategies by evaluating and enhancing AI-generated content for strategic accuracy, practical relevance, and business viability. Your expertise will directly influence how advanced AI models learn to reason about GTM planning, execution, and decision-making across diverse business contexts, ensuring outputs reflect authentic professional judgment rather than theoretical assumptions.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include reviewing and refining AI-generated outputs related to GTM planning, strategy development, and execution; evaluating AI responses for strategic soundness, practicality, and alignment with real-world business expectations; drafting realistic GTM scenarios grounded in your direct professional experience; creating scenario variations from multiple stakeholder perspectives (e.g., GTM strategist, sales leader, marketer, client, or business decision-maker); and identifying gaps, logical inconsistencies, or weak reasoning in AI-generated content to improve its reliability and depth.

🎯 Requirements
- • Senior-level professional experience as a go-to-market strategist, business leader, or advisor with a proven track record in developing, advising on, or executing GTM strategies, plans, and campaigns within the EU or UK markets.
- • Demonstrated skill in evaluating business content for strategic consistency, commercial viability, and practical execution feasibility, with the ability to provide structured, critical feedback grounded in real-world experience.
- • Availability to commit 8–20 hours per week on a freelance basis, with reliable responsiveness and the capacity to work independently while meeting project timelines and quality expectations.
