- • As a Government Sales Executive, you will be instrumental in driving the growth and expansion of Elliptic's presence across the full spectrum of US law enforcement, intelligence, and defense agencies. This role offers a unique opportunity to join a team of seasoned industry experts who support diverse mission sets within the Federal sector. You will take direct ownership of identifying, developing, and closing new business opportunities, significantly contributing to Elliptic's mission to transform how Federal agencies detect, deter, and investigate the illicit use of cryptocurrency.
- • Your primary responsibility will be to manage the entire enterprise sales cycle, from initial pipeline generation through to successful deal closure. This involves a deep understanding of the unique challenges and operational needs of US Federal law enforcement, intelligence, and defense clients. You will develop and execute sophisticated, multi-threaded sales strategies designed to engage a wide array of stakeholders, including operators, mission managers, executive sponsors, and procurement and contracts personnel. This requires building strong relationships and articulating the value of Elliptic's solutions in a way that resonates with their specific mission objectives.
- • A key aspect of this role is leveraging your comprehensive understanding of the federal acquisition lifecycle. You will proactively identify opportunities through solicitations, sole-source procurements, and competitive bids. Working collaboratively with internal teams and subject matter experts, you will play a crucial role in the preparation and delivery of compelling responses to RFIs, RFPs, RFQs, and other critical solicitation documents. This demands meticulous attention to detail and the ability to translate complex technical and operational requirements into persuasive proposals.
- • Beyond direct sales, you will actively identify and support strategic partnership opportunities that can unlock new growth avenues within key US Federal accounts. This involves fostering relationships with potential partners and developing joint go-to-market strategies. You will also collaborate closely with internal sales engineers, product experts, customer success managers, and marketing teams, as well as external channel partners, to amplify your reach and accelerate sales velocity. This cross-functional collaboration is essential for delivering comprehensive solutions and ensuring customer success.

You will continuously monitor and analyze the evolving mission needs of government clients, translating emerging challenges and threats into tangible opportunities for Elliptic's advanced data, intelligence, and investigative solutions. 🎯 Requirements
- • Proven track record of consistently closing successful enterprise government deals within the US Federal law enforcement, intelligence, or defense space.
- • Strong knowledge of the Federal acquisition cycle, including FAR/DFARS, federal contracting strategies, and experience responding to RFIs, RFPs, and RFQs.
- • Experience in enterprise SaaS and/or DaaS sales, with a deep understanding of selling complex solutions to government agencies.
- • Ability to manage the full enterprise sales cycle, from pipeline generation to deal closure, involving multiple stakeholders and long sales cycles.
- • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels, from operators to executive leadership.
