📋 Description

• • The GPU Sales Operations Analyst supports Luxor's AI/HPC Hardware Sales and Business Development teams by managing the operational workflow that keeps hardware deals moving smoothly, from documentation to compliance and reporting.
• • Day-to-day responsibilities include generating and processing commercial documents (NDAs, contracts, invoices), maintaining CRM data in HubSpot, coordinating export compliance and shipping logistics, supporting supply sourcing, managing OEM/ODM distributor registrations, and producing sales analytics and performance reports.
• • Luxor Technology Corporation operates a high-volume global hardware desk specializing in Bitcoin mining and compute power solutions, facilitating the trade of tens of thousands of machines monthly with a focus on AI, HPC, and data center markets.
• • In this role, you will develop expertise in international trade compliance, CRM automation, technical product documentation for logistics, and sales data analysis — gaining cross-functional experience at the intersection of sales, operations, and global supply chain in a fast-growing technology environment.
