• • As a Graduate Customer Support Specialist at GetGround Limited, you will play a vital role in delivering world-class service to customers across 70 countries, helping to build trust in a disruptive real estate investment platform that aims to make asset ownership more accessible and fairer globally.
• • Your day-to-day responsibilities will include providing empathetic and efficient customer support via email and phone, managing and prioritising diverse customer requests to meet ambitious SLAs, collaborating with cross-functional teams such as onboarding, legal, accounting, compliance, sales, and product, and contributing to ad-hoc projects focused on improving the overall customer experience.
• • You will join a high-performing, globally distributed team of 85+ GetGrounders from top companies like Google, Meta, and Deliveroo, working in a VC-backed organisation with a strong culture rooted in values of no BS, pursuit of excellence, feedback obsession, and healthy ego, with hybrid work arrangements (4 days in-office, Friday WFH) in Makati, Philippines.
