  • • This role is part of an elite Graduate Program – Sales, specifically engineered for the top 3% of young talent, offering a fast-track career path rather than a traditional entry-level position. The program is structured to develop participants into high-performing Account Executives within 18 months, underpinned by a comprehensive Sales Academy. The journey involves progressing through four distinct roles, each with clearly defined objectives, dedicated coaching, and measurable Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Initially, for 3 to 6 months, you will serve as an SDR (Sales Development Representative), focusing on mastering the generation of sales pipeline from the ground up, including prospecting techniques, outbound sequence execution, initial contact strategies, and setting qualified meetings. Following this, you will transition into a 6-month BDR (Business Development Representative) role, where your primary responsibilities will include qualifying inbound leads, learning the fundamentals of discovery calls, understanding opportunity qualification processes, and effectively handing off qualified opportunities to Account Executives. This initial 9-month phase is crucial for building a foundational understanding of the sales cycle and client engagement.
  • • The program's 'Pivot Point' occurs after the first nine months. Based on your demonstrated performance, identified strengths, and the skills you have acquired, you will then specialize in one of two distinct tracks for the subsequent six months. The first track is AE Inbound (Account Executive Inbound), where you will take ownership of inbound deals within our legal segment. This will involve conducting discovery calls, delivering compelling product demonstrations, adeptly handling client objections, and successfully closing your initial customer deals. You will work in close collaboration with senior Account Executives, your Sales Coach, and the Sales Director, gaining invaluable insights from live deals and strategic discussions. The alternative track is AE Outbound (Account Executive Outbound). In this role, you will assume responsibility for a designated sales territory, driving outbound deals from initiation to closure. This involves engaging with multiple stakeholders across potentially longer sales cycles and actively contributing to the refinement of sales scripts, sequences, and playbooks by sharing your learnings on what proves effective. This structured progression ensures a well-rounded development in both inbound and outbound sales strategies.
  • • Throughout the entire Graduate Program, participants will receive extensive training and coaching through the Lexroom Sales Academy. This academy offers structured modules covering essential sales methodologies, including discovery, demo delivery, negotiation, and objection handling. You will also gain expertise in pipeline and territory management, learn how to leverage AI effectively within sales processes, and develop crucial personal performance skills, including mindset cultivation and advanced communication techniques. The program is designed for rapid advancement; individuals who consistently perform at the top tier will be fast-tracked into mid-market, enterprise, or even managerial roles, reflecting our commitment to nurturing future leaders within the company.
