  • • Join an elite 18-month Graduate Program in Sales designed for top-tier young talent aiming to become high-performing Account Executives in B2B tech/AI sales.
  • • Begin with a 3–6 month rotation as a Sales Development Representative (SDR), qualifying inbound leads and learning discovery basics, opportunity qualification, and handoff to Account Executives.
  • • Transition to a 6-month Business Development Representative (BDR) role, mastering outbound prospecting, creating and executing outreach sequences, and setting meetings from scratch.
  • • After 9 months, advance into one of two specialized tracks based on performance: AE Inbound or AE Outbound.
  • • As an AE Inbound, own inbound deals within the legal segment, conduct discovery calls and product demos, handle objections, and close your first customers while collaborating with senior AEs and Sales Coaches.
  • • As an AE Outbound, take full ownership of a defined territory, drive end-to-end outbound sales cycles with multiple stakeholders, and contribute to refining sales scripts, sequences, and playbooks.
  • • Receive structured training and coaching through the Lexroom Sales Academy, covering sales methodology (discovery, demo, negotiation, objection handling), pipeline and territory management, AI tools in sales, and personal performance and communication.
  • • Work in a fast-paced, high-impact environment where your contributions directly shape how legal professionals use AI to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • • Collaborate with industry-leading talent in a small, entrepreneurial team focused on innovation, autonomy, and measurable impact.

  • • Operate within a hybrid work model, splitting time between remote work and collaboration in the Barcelona office.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Recent graduate or with up to 1 year of experience with strong interest in B2B sales and tech/AI.
  • • Consistently top performer in prior endeavors (university, sports, projects, or work).
  • • Native or C1+ proficiency in Spanish and excellent written and spoken English.
  • • High drive and resilience with comfort pursuing ambitious targets and handling rejection.
  • • Fast learner who actively seeks feedback, asks tough questions, and prioritizes growth over titles.
  • • Desire for early responsibility and tangible impact, not just a symbolic graduate program.
