• • Join the vanguard of the renewable-energy revolution as a Graduate Project Manager – APAC at Energy Vault, the NYSE-listed company whose gravity-based and battery storage technologies are literally re-writing how the world keeps the lights on. Based in Melbourne and reporting to a Senior Project Manager, you will spend six high-impact months embedded in live utility-scale BESS (Battery Energy Storage System) projects across Australia, New Zealand, and South-East Asia. Every spreadsheet you update, every risk register you maintain, and every stakeholder call you coordinate will push megawatts of clean power closer to the grid.
• • Day-to-day, you are the nerve-centre of complex EPC and hybrid-storage deployments. You will build and own detailed project schedules in MS Project or Primavera, track critical-path milestones, and flag slippage before it becomes costly. You will prepare concise weekly dashboards for executives in California and Switzerland, translate technical updates into plain-English briefs for investors, and ensure that legal, commercial, engineering, and contractor teams are all singing from the same hymn sheet.
• • Data is your playground. You will mine cost reports, analyse productivity curves, and run what-if scenarios that help the team decide whether to fast-track commissioning or re-sequence civil works. Your PowerPoint storyboards will turn dense engineering logs into persuasive narratives for board meetings and community forums alike.
• • When the Senior PM is on-site in a remote Queensland solar-plus-storage park, you are the Melbourne mission-control: fielding RFIs from subcontractors, updating risk heat-maps, and making sure the latest drawing revisions reach the right people before concrete is poured. Your meticulous document control saves thousands of dollars in re-work.
• • Stakeholder engagement is more than calendar invites. You will draft supplier meeting agendas, capture action items, and follow up relentlessly until every valve specification, insurance certificate, and customs form is in the project data room. Your polite persistence keeps 30+ global suppliers aligned across time-zones.
• • You will also champion continuous improvement. After each sprint you will facilitate quick retrospectives, log lessons learned, and propose tweaks to our cloud-based PMO templates. Your fresh graduate lens often spots inefficiencies that seasoned engineers have grown blind to.
• • The role is designed as a springboard: successful graduates are frequently offered permanent positions as Assistant Project Managers or rotated into Energy Vault’s software, trading, or hydrogen teams.
