📋 Description

• The Graduate Sales Development Representative role at Sitemate is responsible for qualifying and routing inbound leads across self-service and inside sales channels, playing a critical role in driving product demonstrations and supporting the company’s growth in the construction and infrastructure software market.
• Day-to-day responsibilities include engaging prospects via phone, email, live chat, Slack, and Salesforce; qualifying inbound leads; booking and supporting product demonstrations; and working toward monthly targets tied to demo completion rates, with the current team consistently achieving ≥95% of targets.
• Sitemate is a fast-growing SaaS company backed by Blackbird and a Startmate Accelerator graduate, serving construction, infrastructure, and industrial clients with its flagship product Dashpivot, which digitizes workflows from paper and spreadsheets to mobile-enabled platforms used in the field.
• In this role, you will develop core SaaS sales skills, gain exposure to high-velocity sales processes, build resilience in high-volume outreach, and lay the foundation for a career in SaaS sales or customer-facing roles, with clear performance-based career progression and access to company-wide learning resources.

🎯 Requirements

• Confident and clear communication skills with excellent writing and presentation abilities across email, phone, video conferencing, and in-person interactions
• Excellent task organization and prioritization skills, with the ability to multi-task efficiently
• Experience with modern sales tools such as CRMs, live chat platforms, knowledge bases, or health scoring systems (nice to have)
• Experience conducting customer meetings via Zoom/Teams or in person (nice to have)
• Patience and adaptability when working with non-technical users in traditional industries (nice to have)

• Competitive performance-based remuneration with an OTE range of A$75,000–A$110,000 (including Super), comprising a base salary of A$50,000–A$70,000 and commission potential of A$25,000–A$40,000
