- • The Graduate Sales Development Representative role at Sitemate is responsible for qualifying and routing inbound leads across self-service and inside sales channels, playing a critical role in driving product demonstrations and supporting the company’s growth in the construction and industrial software market.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include engaging with prospects via phone, email, live chat, Slack, and Salesforce; qualifying inbound leads; and booking and completing product demonstrations, with performance measured against monthly targets consistently met or exceeded by the current team.
- • Sitemate is a fast-growing, venture-backed SaaS company building Dashpivot, a digital workflow tool for construction, infrastructure, and industrial companies, with a global team of over 150 across 18+ countries and strong product-market fit driven by organic growth.
- • In this role, you will develop core SaaS sales skills, gain exposure to high-velocity sales processes, learn to navigate complex B2B sales cycles, and build a performance-based career path grounded in transparency, autonomy, and meritocratic advancement.

- • Confident and clear communication skills with excellent writing and presentation abilities across email, phone, video conferencing, and in-person interactions
- • Excellent task organization and prioritization skills, with the ability to multi-task efficiently
- • Ambitious mindset with a desire to pursue a career in SaaS sales
- • Resilience to handle high-volume tasks and frequent rejection while maintaining performance
- • Strong interpersonal skills and enjoyment of building relationships with prospects
