- • Serve as a GRAIL Galleri Consultant (GGC1) to drive adoption of GRAIL’s multi-cancer early detection (MCED) test, Galleri, among physicians and healthcare practices in the designated territory.
- • Conduct in-person visits to targeted physician offices, spending over 85% of time in the field engaging clinicians and their staff to integrate Galleri into routine cancer screening workflows.
- • Educate healthcare providers on the clinical utility, scientific validation, and patient eligibility criteria for Galleri, positioning it as a transformative tool for early cancer detection.
- • Collaborate with sales leadership and internal stakeholders to execute the go-to-market strategy for Galleri, aligning field activities with regional and national commercial objectives.
- • Identify and prioritize high-potential physician practices based on patient volume, oncology focus, and screening practices to maximize impact and test uptake.
- • Plan and support educational events, including practice visits, lunch-and-learns, and provider roundtables, to build awareness and trust in MCED technology.
- • Act as a trusted advisor to clinicians, addressing questions about test performance, reimbursement, logistics, and patient communication to remove barriers to adoption.
- • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all customer interactions, territory activity, and sales pipeline in CRM systems to support reporting and strategic decision-making.
- • Represent GRAIL with professionalism and integrity, adhering to all regulatory, compliance, and ethical standards in healthcare sales and promotion.
- • Stay current on evolving cancer screening guidelines, clinical evidence, and competitive landscape to effectively communicate Galleri’s unique value proposition.
- • Travel occasionally to GRAIL offices or other locations as needed to support training, team meetings, or regional initiatives.
- • Demonstrate a market-builder mindset by proactively identifying opportunities to expand Galleri’s presence in underserved areas and influencing clinical norms around early detection.
- • Work independently with high autonomy while maintaining strong alignment with team goals and company priorities.
- • Contribute to a culture of urgency, passion, and patient-centered innovation in advancing one of the most significant breakthroughs in cancer care.
🎯 Requirements
- • Must reside in or near Tampa, FL, as the territory is centered in this region
- • Must be able to conduct over 85% of work via in-person visits to physician practices
- • Proven experience in field-based healthcare sales or medical device/pharmaceutical representative role
- • Strong understanding of oncology, cancer screening, or preventive care workflows
- • Ability to build relationships with physicians, practice managers, and clinical staff
- • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for daily field travel
