📋 Description

• As a Grant Delivery Specialist at Goodstack LLC, you will act as the lead expert reviewer responsible for high-quality grant research, writing, and review for nonprofit partners, helping them access more funding faster by identifying relevant opportunities and shaping compelling applications.
• Your day-to-day responsibilities include supporting nonprofit partners through onboarding and proactive check-ins, researching and curating relevant grants, drafting LOIs and grant applications, using AI tools to enhance quality and pace, reviewing drafts for accuracy and funder readiness, managing delivery across multiple partner relationships, building deep context with 10–15 nonprofit partners, and improving grant support processes for scalability.

• In this role, you will develop expertise in grant strategy, AI-assisted writing, nonprofit partnership management, and process improvement, while contributing to a mission-driven organization that is building the world’s leading platform for global nonprofit funding.

🎯 Requirements

• A STEM degree from a recognised university, or equivalent evidence of strong analytical thinking
• 5 years’ grant writing experience, ideally for nonprofits, charities or mission-led organisations
• Understanding of funding landscapes, eligibility criteria, funder priorities and what makes a proposal competitive
• Ability to turn rough context into specific, persuasive, funder-ready narratives
• Confidence using AI tools to support research, drafting, editing and quality assurance, and know where human judgement must lead
• Attention to detail; Deadlines, geographic nuances, funding restrictions and structural requirements do not slip past you
