📋 Description
- • Serve as a strategic sales partner, owning the technical relationship with prospects and customers in the French market across EMEA.
- • Partner with Account Executives to conduct strategic discovery, uncovering technical, operational, and business pain points to validate use cases and align Vanta’s solution with measurable customer impact and urgency.
- • Deliver tailored, narrative-driven demonstrations that showcase how Vanta solves specific customer challenges related to GRC, compliance, and security automation.
- • Validate the technical feasibility of standard and semi-complex integrations with customer environments, workflows, and cloud architectures (AWS, Google Cloud, Microsoft Azure).
- • Guide stakeholders toward a shared vision for the end-to-end solution by ensuring it is desirable, viable, and aligned with customer success criteria.
- • Proactively surface technical risks and propose clear pathways to ensure focused deal progression and mutual success with customers.
- • Create and complete detailed handoff documents to ensure seamless transition of validated solutions to the post-sales team, capturing design, expectations, and known constraints.
- • Act as a trusted technical voice to gather structured market feedback from customers and relay insights to the Product team to influence roadmap prioritization and drive sales opportunities.
- • Support customers throughout their trial process with Vanta, providing technical guidance and ensuring successful onboarding.
- • Maintain a deep understanding of GRC frameworks, compliance standards (e.g., SOC 2, HIPAA, ISO 27001), and audit processes to effectively advise customers.
- • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams to foster teamwork, openness, creativity, and continuous improvement.
- • Work from the London office on a hybrid schedule, with mandatory in-office days on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday.
- • Communicate fluently and professionally in French with French-speaking prospects and customers, ensuring full linguistic and cultural alignment.
- • Demonstrate curiosity and responsible use of AI tools to enhance efficiency, impact, and decision-making in pre-sales activities.
- • Maintain strong project management skills, with meticulous attention to detail and organizational discipline across multiple concurrent deals.
- • Apply general scripting knowledge (Python, Ruby, Bash, JavaScript) to understand and explain automation capabilities within customer environments.
- • Leverage familiarity with REST API development and service integrations to articulate technical compatibility and solution scalability.
- • Cultivate empathy and curiosity to uncover the underlying ‘why’ behind customer needs and tie technical features to tangible business outcomes.
