Your deep understanding of each client's business—including their objectives, needs, financial health, competitive landscape (SWOT analysis), and internal political dynamics—will be paramount.

- • A core aspect of this role involves the meticulous financial and Statement of Work (SOW) management. You will be responsible for building, recommending, and negotiating SOWs and retainer models that align with client needs and agency profitability. Proactively overseeing the profitability of your assigned account portfolio will be critical, managing large, complex accounts with a high degree of autonomy and minimal oversight.
- • Your industry knowledge will be a significant asset, applied strategically across your client base to foster organic growth. You are expected to identify and empower key team members to act as Trusted Advisors, capable of uncovering new opportunities and cultivating additional business within existing accounts. Proactive management of critical business issues, anticipating potential challenges before they arise, will be essential.
