- • As a Group Benefits Sales Representative in Oregon, you will drive new business development and cultivate client relationships to achieve ambitious sales targets within the Oregon market by selling Guardian’s full suite of Group Benefits products.
- • Day to day, you will market, position, and sell Dental, Vision, Life, Disability, Absence, and Supplemental Health products to designated brokers, support broker and client relationships for growth and retention, understand territory dynamics to build and maintain broker partnerships, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze market trends and consumer demands.
- • You will join The Guardian Life Insurance Company of America, a purpose-driven organization committed to inspiring well-being through supportive, inclusive benefits and a culture of high ethical standards, diverse colleagues, and opportunities for skill-building and leadership development.
- • In this role, you can achieve consistent sales production excellence, develop deep expertise in group insurance products and processes, earn industry licensing within 90 days, and grow your career through thought leadership, community engagement, and process improvement initiatives that increase product adoption and client retention.
🎯 Requirements
- • BS, BA degree or equivalent industry experience
- • Minimum of 4 years group insurance sales experience or equivalent combination of Guardian work experience, education, and related activities
- • Experience and knowledge of relevant industry products including Worksite, LTD, Dental, complex absence products, online enrollment, experience rating, and dental network analysis
