  • • As a Group Compensation Specialist at Valtech SE, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and administering our global compensation programs, ensuring fairness, competitiveness, and alignment with our strategic objectives. This remote position, based in Ukraine, offers a unique opportunity to influence compensation practices across multiple regions, contributing to Valtech's commitment to pay equity and transparency.
  • • You will be instrumental in the implementation and ongoing administration of compensation initiatives, working closely with regional People & Culture (P&C) teams to harmonize local practices with Valtech's overarching global frameworks. Your expertise will guide compensation decisions, ensuring consistency and adherence to established principles.
  • • A core aspect of this role involves maintaining the integrity of our compensation structure. This includes managing salary ranges, ensuring alignment with our job architecture, and upholding global compensation guidelines. You will be responsible for supporting critical annual cycles such as merit increases, promotions, and bonus distributions, ensuring that all compensation data is accurate and globally consistent.
  • • You will be the guardian of our internal ERP system, Dayforce, ensuring that compensation-related data is meticulously maintained, accurate, and updated in a timely manner. This data accuracy is fundamental to our ability to make informed decisions and maintain compliance.
  • • Dive deep into market data by conducting comprehensive benchmarking studies and pay equity analyses. Based on your findings, you will recommend adjustments to compensation structures to ensure we remain competitive and equitable in the global talent market.
  • • You will coordinate our participation in crucial compensation surveys, gathering valuable market intelligence. Furthermore, you will support the preparation of transparency and compliance reports, ensuring that Valtech meets all regulatory requirements and maintains open communication regarding compensation practices.
  • • Prepare insightful compensation reports and analyses for P&C and business leaders, providing them with the data-driven information needed to make strategic workforce decisions. Your insights will help illuminate compensation trends and inform future planning.
  • • Proactively identify opportunities to enhance our compensation processes, tools, and the overall quality of our data. You will be encouraged to innovate and propose improvements that streamline operations and increase efficiency.
  • • Act as a trusted advisor to P&C teams, Talent Acquisition, and other stakeholders, providing expert guidance on compensation practices, internal equity considerations, and best practices.
