- • The Group Director, Business Development leads high-impact new business pitches and supports organic growth opportunities for Real Chemistry, a global healthcare communications and marketing agency serving top pharmaceutical and biotech clients.
- • Day to day, the role involves leading and supporting priority new business pitches from RFI/RFP through final presentation, translating client briefs into strategic frameworks and compelling pitch narratives, coordinating cross-functional teams across disciplines and markets, managing pitch timelines and deliverables, developing pitch materials, keeping senior stakeholders informed, driving post-pitch debriefs, tracking win rates and performance trends, and supporting hybrid team management through mentoring and capability uplift.

🎯 Requirements
- • 10-12+ years of experience in an advertising, communications, or integrated marketing agency environment, ideally within healthcare
- • Proven experience leading or supporting successful new business pitches
- • Strong storytelling, writing, and presentation skills
- • Solid understanding of integrated marketing, communications, medical, and activation disciplines
- • Healthcare industry experience across pharmaceutical, biotech, or related sectors
- • Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders simultaneously
