- • As a Group Director, Client Partner at Tinuiti, you will be instrumental in shaping and executing multi-year growth strategies for a dedicated portfolio of clients, driving significant business outcomes and fostering deep, resilient C-level relationships.
- • You will be responsible for translating complex platform, competitive, and proprietary Bliss Point insights into actionable, executive-ready strategies, ensuring clear measurement and cross-channel integration to achieve ambitious client goals.
- • This role demands a strategic leader capable of orchestrating integrated planning across multiple accounts, standardizing planning frameworks, and ensuring alignment with overarching business and portfolio objectives.
- • You will meticulously review, strengthen, and pressure-test plans developed by your direct reports, fine-tuning investment levels, channel roles, forecasting assumptions, and trade-offs, while collaborating closely with Analytics/Econometrics, Channel teams, and Creative to ensure feasibility and measurement alignment.
- • A key aspect of this role involves leading and co-presenting senior-level planning presentations and major pitches, working in tandem with Business Development and your VP to craft compelling narratives, articulate solutions, and clearly define the value proposition.
- • You will champion Tinuiti's proprietary Bliss Point App Suite and a product-first operating model, setting portfolio-wide adoption, quality, and usage standards that directly impact client retention, cross-sell opportunities, and operational efficiency.
- • You will manage a critical feedback loop with the Product team, consolidating client needs, prioritizing systemic issues, sponsoring automation and operating model improvements to free up capacity for higher-value work, and influencing the product roadmap in collaboration with your VP and Product leaders.
- • Coaching your direct reports to effectively leverage App Suite insights in executive conversations and institutionalizing a high standard for narrative quality (what, so what, now what) across your teams will be essential.
- • You will challenge and evolve measurement approaches, including MMM, incrementality, and attribution, across your client base, aligning executives on investment cases, risk/return profiles, and clear success thresholds.
- • Making analytics and planning processes readable and repeatable across accounts is crucial, involving the establishment of consistent goals by objective, a shared cadence for readouts, and simple documentation of assumptions, risks, and decisions to ensure insights translate into concrete next actions.
- • You will oversee high-severity data and measurement escalations, ensuring robust QA governance and partnering with Analytics/Econometrics leadership to advance methodologies and upskill your team.
- • Applying expert-level, measurement-guided strategy across all channels, including owned and earned media, will be a core responsibility, orchestrating interdependencies to optimize the holistic marketing mix and integrating strategy, product, and measurement into a cohesive narrative.
- • Leading client education initiatives to elevate measurement, product, and channel literacy, and establishing portfolio-wide best practices for your leaders to apply, will be key to fostering client growth.
- • Utilizing inventory and economic models across channels to guide executive trade-offs, such as balancing scale versus efficiency, and prioritizing strategic bets will be a regular part of the role.
- • You will embody an owner's mindset, evangelizing meritocracy and accountability, and building a high-trust leadership culture that thrives amidst ambiguity and change.
- • Shaping cross-sell and portfolio growth strategies, leading strategic pursuits, and sponsoring transformational initiatives, such as migrating to new measurement frameworks or shifting operating models, will be critical for improving both client and business outcomes.
- • Building durable partnerships with Product, Analytics, Finance, and I&G teams to remove systemic friction and accelerate impact, while collaborating with centralized Ops/Finance for delivery quality, pricing/SOW accuracy, staffing/capacity alignment, and forecast reliability, is paramount.
- • As a people leader, you will focus on building and scaling a strong leadership bench, ensuring succession readiness and sustained engagement within your teams.
- • You will hold senior leaders accountable for performance, adherence to values, and strategic people development, guiding them through complex change and maintaining clarity during periods of ambiguity.
- • Shaping and reinforcing a leadership culture that values trust, clarity, and ownership, and representing the talent strategy in senior forums to influence organization-wide leadership practices will be vital.
- • Instilling a product-led mindset in your teams and holding leaders accountable for its implementation, stewardship, and adoption will be a continuous effort.
- • You will be expected to live Tinuiti's values: "Greatness attracts Greatness" by raising craft standards and embracing technology; "Clients grow, we grow" by anchoring decisions in business outcomes; and "Culture of ownership" by acting with speed and owning results end-to-end.
