- • As a Group Director, Client Partnership (Media) at DEPT Holding B.V., you will lead cross-functional work for key clients, serving as the primary relationship holder and commercial lead responsible for driving innovation, strategy, and tangible ROI through deep client understanding and senior-level engagement.
- • Day to day, you will develop annual strategies with senior clients, lead new business pitches and proposals, manage complex campaigns and high-volume retainers, oversee financial management including forecasting and scope reconciliation, resolve escalations, and ensure team alignment with client goals while maintaining high delivery standards and satisfaction.

🎯 Requirements
- • 12+ years of experience in client-facing roles within an agency environment
- • Experience managing large clients, AORs, agency teams, complex campaigns, and high-volume retainers for global brands
- • Proven ability to lead, motivate, and coach teams of 10+ people, foster proactive team culture, and delegate effectively across multiple projects
