- • Day to day, the role involves leading client strategy development, managing senior client relationships, overseeing financial performance and scope management, guiding cross-functional teams, and leading new business pitches while ensuring high client satisfaction and retention.

🎯 Requirements
- • 12+ years of experience in agency environments servicing clients
- • Experience managing large clients, AORs, agency teams, and high-volume multi-service retainers
- • Experience leading, motivating, and coaching teams of 10+ people
- • Strong client relationship management skills with direct experience working with directors, VPs, and C-level clients
- • Excellent project management, organizational, and time management skills
- • Ability to communicate complex messages to diverse audiences and solve problems under pressure
