- • As a Group Home Supervisor (ICF) at RHA Health Services, you will play a pivotal role in managing the daily operations and staff of Intermediate Care Facilities for Individuals with Intellectual Disabilities (ICF/IDD). This is a regular, full-time position based in Nashville, TN, offering a unique opportunity to make a profound difference in the lives of individuals facing intellectual and developmental disabilities, as well as mental health and substance use challenges.
- • Your primary responsibility will be to supervise and coordinate the activities of Direct Support Professionals (DSPs), ensuring the highest quality of care and support for the individuals residing in the facilities. You will be instrumental in fostering a safe, healthy, and nurturing home environment that empowers residents to work towards their personal goals and aspirations.
- • This role involves active participation as a member of an interdisciplinary healthcare team. You will collaborate closely with clinical and professional healthcare staff, providing essential feedback, standardizing procedures, and facilitating the effective implementation of person-centered plans. Your insights will be crucial in ensuring that care strategies are aligned with the unique needs and dreams of each individual.
- • A significant aspect of your role will be to spend dedicated time within the residential facilities, observing and providing constructive feedback to staff across all three shifts. This direct oversight will focus on staff interactions and relationships with the individuals supported, ensuring a harmonious and respectful living environment. - • You will be responsible for addressing employee-related issues, conducting performance reviews, and ensuring that all staff members meet their training requirements and attend necessary events. Maintaining a well-trained and motivated team is critical to delivering exceptional care.
- • Financial stewardship is also a key component of this position. You will monitor select budget items, ensuring that operations remain within established guidelines and contributing to the overall financial health of the assigned facility or facilities.

- • In addition to your day-to-day management duties, you will be part of the direct care rotation, providing after-hours and on-call coverage. This ensures that support is available to residents and staff whenever needed, demonstrating a commitment to the well-being of the individuals we serve.
