  • • As Group Product Manager for Verticals at Lyft, you will lead a high-performing team of product managers to define how millions of people plan, book, and experience their journeys across critical moments like airports, scheduled rides, and events—owning end-to-end product strategy and execution for some of Lyft’s most strategically important and operationally complex marketplaces.
  • • Day to day, you will manage and grow your team through mentorship and coaching, set an ambitious vision aligned with Lyft’s mission, own products from ideation through launch and maintenance, and lead cross-functional collaboration with engineering, design, data science, operations, and business teams to drive shared goals and communicate roadmaps to stakeholders at all levels.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 6+ years of experience in product management, product design, or equivalent consulting with significant time leading consumer mobile apps or marketplace products
  • • 2+ years of experience managing product managers
  • • Strong ability to define and analyze metrics that inform product success and business health, with familiarity in experimentation, marketplace dynamics, or logistics
  • • Excellent judgment and thoughtfulness about product ecosystem dynamics, combined with strong communication skills and intuition for communication strategy across teams and to executive leadership
  • • Detail oriented with superior organizational skills—balancing multiple projects, deadlines, and requests is second nature
  • • Natural ability to manage project ambiguity, complexity, and interdependencies in an organized and structured way
