Ava researches leads, crafts personalized emails in a customer's voice, manages complex outbound sequences, handles deliverability, self-optimizes, and expertly manages objections to book meetings. • • As a Y Combinator W24 company with $35M in funding and an impressive $8M ARR, we are on an ambitious trajectory to reach $25M ARR within the next 12 months. We are currently developing Ava 2.0, a significant leap forward in AI employee capabilities, presenting complex engineering challenges and vast opportunities. This role is critical to our mission, offering a unique chance to shape the future of AI in the workplace.
• • In this pivotal role, you will be a core member of the Growth team, directly responsible for owning how Artisan expands from its current $8M ARR to $25M ARR. You will collaborate closely with the CEO and the existing growth team to architect and execute a comprehensive growth strategy that spans acquisition, conversion, product-led growth loops, and brand building. Your mandate is to own the entire growth funnel, from the very first touchpoint to customer expansion.
• • Your responsibilities will be broad and impactful. You will develop and own the overarching growth strategy, encompassing paid acquisition, organic reach, brand initiatives, and product-led motions. This includes scaling inbound demand through sophisticated performance marketing campaigns, robust SEO strategies, effective lifecycle marketing, leveraging viral loops, and executing bold, attention-grabbing stunts, such as our impactful 'Stop Hiring Humans' billboard campaign.
• • You will be instrumental in conversion optimization, meticulously building and refining funnels across our web presence, product interface, and sales hand-off points. This involves instrumenting every stage of the customer journey and employing data-driven insights to continuously improve performance.
• • A significant focus will be placed on Product-Led Growth (PLG). You will design intuitive onboarding flows, strategically implement paywall moments, and develop in-product upsell and expansion paths to drive seamless adoption and revenue growth directly through the product experience.
• • Furthermore, you will be tasked with transforming Artisan into a cult brand. This involves architecting viral marketing campaigns, fostering user-generated content (UGC) loops, and establishing social dominance across key platforms like LinkedIn and X (formerly Twitter).
• • Crucially, you will own the analytics and experimentation framework for growth. This includes building the core growth model, maintaining essential dashboards, and driving a culture of continuous experimentation across all marketing and growth channels to identify and capitalize on new opportunities.
