  • A key function will be the setup, rigorous testing, and in-depth analysis of experiments. These experiments will span critical areas such as creative variations, discount strategies, user journey optimization, and attribution modeling, all aimed at uncovering actionable insights.
  • You will meticulously track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), translating raw data into clear insights and actionable recommendations to enhance return on investment (ROI) and overall campaign efficiency.
  • Cross-functional collaboration is essential. You will work closely with marketing, product, and analytics teams to ensure that growth campaigns are seamlessly aligned with broader brand objectives, product launches, and strategic initiatives.

🎯 Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in growth marketing, with a strong preference for experience within a D2C e-commerce or subscription-based business model.
  • Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in paid media buying specifically on the Meta platforms (Facebook & Instagram).
  • A robust understanding of key performance marketing metrics, including CPM, CVR, CAC, LTV, and ROI, and how they influence business outcomes.
  • Proven experience collaborating with designers, influencers, and external creative partners to conceptualize and produce engaging and effective advertising content.
  • A highly analytical mindset, demonstrated by strong proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, Google Sheets, and Google Analytics 4 (GA4). Basic SQL knowledge is considered a significant advantage.
  • Possess strong creative intuition – the ability to discern what creative elements perform well, understand the underlying reasons for their success, and know how to scale them effectively.
  • Must be proactive, entrepreneurial, and results-driven, with a demonstrated ability to excel in fast-paced and sometimes ambiguous work environments.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, coupled with a collaborative, team-oriented approach.
