đź“‹ Description
- • Fanvue is at the forefront of revolutionizing the creator economy, powered by cutting-edge AI. As one of the world's fastest-growing creator monetization platforms, we empower creators to connect, engage, and monetize their audiences at an unprecedented scale. Our recent Series A funding round has propelled us past $100 million in annual recurring revenue, demonstrating triple-digit year-on-year growth and supporting hundreds of thousands of creators and millions of fans globally. As we continue our rapid expansion, the next phase of growth hinges on uncovering, validating, and systematizing entirely new avenues for expansion, transforming ambiguity into actionable insights and those insights into compounding growth systems.
- • This is a unique opportunity to join Fanvue as a Growth Generalist, a pivotal role focused on discovering, validating, and scaling the next generation of growth levers for the company. This is a true zero-to-one growth position, offering the chance to operate across the entire growth spectrum of Fanvue. You will have the autonomy to explore and implement strategies across acquisition, activation, user lifecycle management, referral programs, community building, and product-led growth initiatives. Your core mandate is to take nascent ideas, transform them into measurable signals, and then build repeatable, scalable systems that generate compounding growth over time.
- • What You'll Do:
- • **Identify and Prioritize New Growth Opportunities:** Leverage a combination of deep dives into internal data, comprehensive external market research, and rigorous first-principles thinking to uncover untapped growth potential across all facets of the Fanvue platform.
- • **Design and Ship High-Velocity Experiments:** Develop and execute hypothesis-driven experiments at a rapid pace, managing multiple concurrent tests to quickly validate or invalidate growth hypotheses. This involves a bias for action and a commitment to learning through doing.
- • **Build Scrappy MVPs and Prototypes:** Create minimum viable products and prototypes to test new growth concepts. This could include developing new landing pages, designing automated workflows, implementing innovative lifecycle triggers, or proposing lightweight product enhancements that can be rapidly deployed and iterated upon.
- • **Instrument and Evaluate Experiments Rigorously:** Implement robust tracking and analytics for all experiments. Evaluate their success based on key impact metrics such as user activation rates, retention curves, funnel conversion efficiency, and overall revenue growth, ensuring decisions are data-informed.
- • **Make Decisive Go/No-Go Decisions:** Based on clear, objective data and signals derived from experiments, make swift decisions to either kill underperforming initiatives, iterate on promising concepts, or significantly double down on those demonstrating substantial potential for compounding growth.
- • **Systemize Winning Experiments:** Convert successful experiments into sustainable, repeatable growth systems. This involves developing clear playbooks, identifying necessary tooling, and establishing clear ownership handoffs to ensure long-term success and scalability.
- • **Create Compounding Growth Loops:** Architect and implement at least one significant compounding growth loop or flywheel mechanism that demonstrably and materially impacts Fanvue's core business metrics.
- • **Foster Cross-Functional Collaboration:** Work intimately with Product, Engineering, Content, Lifecycle Marketing, and Creator teams to identify and eliminate friction points, accelerate execution speed, and ensure alignment on growth initiatives.
- • **Communicate Learnings Effectively:** Maintain a continuous and transparent communication flow of learnings, insights, and results across the organization. The focus will always be on tangible outcomes and their impact on business objectives, rather than simply reporting on activities performed.
- • This role is ideal for someone who thrives in ambiguity, enjoys building from the ground up, and is driven by the potential for significant, compounding impact. You will be instrumental in shaping the future growth trajectory of Fanvue.
