- • As a Growth Account Executive at ClickUp, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by acquiring new customers and expanding relationships with mid-market organizations (100-300 employees) in Ireland and beyond. Your work directly contributes to ClickUp’s mission of redefining productivity through its AI-powered, all-in-one workspace, helping teams eliminate work sprawl and unlock efficiency.
- • You will own the full sales cycle for new business leads, from initial outreach to closing deals, consistently exceeding quarterly pipeline and revenue targets by converting free trials, marketing-qualified leads, and demo requests into paid customers through consultative, value-based selling.
- • Daily responsibilities include conducting high-impact product demonstrations and presentations via web conferencing tools, deeply understanding customer needs to position ClickUp as the ideal solution, and maintaining accurate forecasting and activity tracking in CRM systems to ensure pipeline health.
- • You will collaborate closely with Growth and Marketing teams to refine lead generation strategies, optimize conversion funnels, and provide frontline feedback on messaging and product positioning based on customer interactions.
- • By mastering the ClickUp platform, you’ll become a trusted advisor capable of answering complex product, technical, and use-case questions, ensuring seamless handoffs to Customer Success and supporting long-term retention and expansion opportunities.
- • You’ll develop expertise in SaaS sales methodologies, enterprise prospecting, and AI-driven productivity solutions, gaining exposure to a fast-scaling unicorn company at the forefront of the future of work movement.
- • This role offers significant career acceleration, with opportunities to grow into senior sales, team lead, or strategic account management positions as ClickUp continues its global expansion.
🎯 Requirements
- • 2-4 years of proven success in full-cycle sales, with a track record of exceeding quotas through net new customer acquisition and experience in account expansion and renewals.
- • 2-4 years of direct SaaS sales experience, preferably selling productivity or collaboration tools to mid-market and enterprise clients.
- • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly articulate complex value propositions and engage stakeholders across technical and business audiences.
