📋 Description
- • As a Growth Account Executive at Webflow, you will play a key role in scaling the company’s go-to-market motion by owning and closing complex SaaS deals with companies ranging from 50 to 300 employees, focusing on $25k+ ACV opportunities.
- • You will take a proactive, outbound-driven approach to building pipeline, identifying and engaging high-potential accounts, and managing the full sales cycle from first touch through close, working closely with Solutions Engineers and cross-functional teams to deliver value-based sales motions.
- • You will join a remote-first, mission-driven company building the world’s leading AI-native Digital Experience Platform, where trust, transparency, and creativity are foundational, and you’ll help establish repeatable outbound best practices as the Growth segment scales.
- • In this role, you will develop expertise in complex SaaS sales, multi-threaded stakeholder engagement, and value-based selling, while contributing to the growth of both the team and the business through disciplined discovery, pipeline generation, and deal execution.
