- • As a Growth Account Executive - Expansion at ClickUp, you will drive revenue growth by expanding the footprint of ClickUp’s AI-powered productivity platform within existing customer accounts, playing a key role in helping teams unlock productivity and break free from work silos.
- • Day to day, you will manage the full sales cycle with current ClickUp customers—identifying expansion opportunities, conducting consultative sales conversations, delivering product demos, negotiating contracts, and collaborating cross-functionally with Sales Development, Marketing, Solutions Engineering, and Customer Success to ensure a seamless customer journey.
- • You will join a bold, innovative team at ClickUp, a fast-growing SaaS company architecting the future of work through its converged AI workspace that unifies tasks, docs, chat, calendar, and enterprise search, empowering millions of teams globally.
- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in SaaS sales, master the ClickUp platform, refine your consultative selling and negotiation skills, and achieve career growth by consistently exceeding quotas and contributing to the company’s mission of redefining how work gets done.
🎯 Requirements
- • 2+ years of relevant full sales cycle experience with emphasis on expansion, cross-selling, and upselling, preferably in a high-velocity SaaS environment
- • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales quotas
- • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment
- • Familiarity with CRM tools like Salesforce or HubSpot
- • Solution seller mindset: genuinely curious, a good listener, and highly accountable
