  • • The Growth Commercialization Lead will drive the successful market introduction and scaling of new products and services by aligning sales, client engagement, and go-to-market strategies, serving as the critical bridge between product development and revenue teams to ensure offerings are commercially viable and effectively adopted.
  • • Day to day, the role involves supporting commercialization efforts across the organization, defining sales readiness criteria, collaborating with marketing on messaging and positioning, coordinating go-to-market execution between sales and product teams, identifying target segments, assisting account management in articulating value, partnering with teams to identify early adopters, and establishing customer feedback loops for continuous improvement.

  • • In this role, the individual will develop expertise in product commercialization, go-to-market strategy, cross-functional leadership, and customer value articulation, while contributing to the growth and scalability of innovative financial solutions in a dynamic, mission-driven fintech environment.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications or similar, or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • • 7+ years of experience in sales, commercial strategy, account management, or product commercialization
  • • Proven experience launching new products or services in a B2B or B2C environment
  • • Strong cross-functional leadership and project management skills
  • • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
  • • Experience working in a matrixed organization with cross-functional teams
  • • Familiarity with CRM and sales enablement platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Highspot)
  • • Experience with pricing strategy, value-based selling, or consultative sales models
  • • Ability to balance strategic planning with hands-on execution
