📋 Description

• You will be embedded in the Growth pod at MakiPeople, a tight-knit squad whose North Star is to turn every euro we spend into predictable, scalable pipeline. Your day-to-day mission is to keep the growth engine humming—data clean, automations firing, campaigns shipping—while simultaneously inventing the next playbooks that will 10× our reach.
• Own the outbound motion end-to-end: research ICP accounts, craft laser-focused messaging, launch multi-channel sequences (email, LinkedIn, gifting, events), and obsessively A/B test until reply rates climb. You’ll build and refine AI prompts that make our cadences feel human at scale.
• Architect our lead-gen data stack: scrape, enrich, and score thousands of prospects; wire new intent signals into Salesforce; and create dashboards that tell the team in real time which accounts are ready to buy.
• Automate the grunt work away. Using n8n, getCargo, and APIs you will build workflows that route hot leads to the right AE, trigger Slack alerts, and auto-generate follow-up tasks so nothing ever falls through the cracks.
• Contribute to SEO and content distribution: perform keyword research, optimise on-page elements, draft content briefs, and spin up landing pages that rank and convert. You’ll track rankings, backlinks, and sign-ups like a product manager tracks feature adoption.
• Support field marketing logistics—before, during, and after events. You’ll source attendee lists, craft pre-event nurture tracks, design post-event follow-ups, and measure pipeline influenced down to the euro.
• Experiment constantly. Every week you’ll ship at least one new test (subject line, audience segment, automation tweak) and share learnings in our Growth retro. Wins get scaled; failures get memorialised in Notion so we never repeat them.
• Collaborate shoulder-to-shoulder with Vincent & Ruben (Growth Managers), our SDRs, AEs, and even Product and Customer Success. You’ll present results in Monday stand-ups and have direct access to founders for feedback and rapid iteration.
• Document everything. Your Notion pages will become the internal wiki the next intern thanks you for. We believe that writing scales knowledge faster than Slack ever will.
• Grow like crazy. By the end of six months you will have shipped campaigns that generated real pipeline, built automations that saved hours per week, and developed a T-shaped skill set spanning growth marketing, data, and no-code engineering.
• Work from our light-filled WeWork Trudaine office four days a week, with one remote day to recharge. Expect weekly team lunches, monthly MakiDays off-site, and the occasional karaoke night that may or may not feature 90s French pop.

🎯 Requirements

• Available for a 6-month, full-time internship starting January 2026 (apprenticeship negotiable)
• Prior experience in a high-velocity environment—startup, scale-up, consulting, or VC
• Comfortable manipulating data in spreadsheets, SQL, or BI tools; no-code or automation experience (Make, Zapier, n8n) is a strong plus
• Fluent in English; professional working proficiency in French is a plus
• Based in Paris or willing to relocate and able to commute to WeWork Trudaine regularly
