- • As a Growth Intern at Aspora, Inc., you will play a pivotal role in the launch of a new wealth product designed to make gold investing simple, liquid, and accessible for underserved audiences, directly contributing to the company’s mission of building a borderless financial operating system that empowers people on the move.
- • You will create user-facing content that demystifies complex financial concepts, coordinate with external partners to ensure timely delivery of assets, support product development through research and QA, assist in operational workflows like campaign tracking and issue resolution, and flexibly contribute across product, growth, and operations teams during a critical early-stage launch phase.
- • Aspora is a fast-moving, globally distributed fintech startup of 75+ employees across India, the UK, UAE, EU, and the US, backed by top-tier investors including Sequoia Capital, Greylock Partners, and Y Combinator, operating with extreme ownership, radical candor, and a deep commitment to customer impact in redefining global banking.
- • You will gain hands-on experience in zero-to-one product launches, develop end-to-end ownership of growth and operational initiatives, and build a versatile skill set spanning product strategy, user communication, partnership management, and data-informed decision-making in a high-impact, entrepreneurial environment.
🎯 Requirements
- • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in business, engineering, or a related field.
- • Strong written communication skills with the ability to simplify complex financial or technical ideas for broad audiences.
- • Comfortable using LLMs and modern AI tools to accelerate research, writing, and task execution.
- • Organized, self-driven, and capable of managing multiple concurrent tasks in ambiguous, fast-changing environments.
- • Genuine interest in fintech, wealth products, or investing (preferred but not required).
- • Prior internship or project experience in product, growth, or operations at a startup is helpful but not mandatory.
