📋 Description
- • As a Growth Intern (German Speaking) at Synthflow AI Inc., you will play a pivotal role in scaling the company’s market presence by designing and executing growth campaigns across paid, organic, content, and partnership channels. Your work will directly contribute to increasing brand visibility, lead generation, and customer acquisition for an enterprise AI agent platform that has already automated over 20M hours of operations and handled 150M interactions with 99.99% uptime.
- • You will create compelling German and English content — including LinkedIn posts, blog drafts, comparison pages, and customer stories — that makes Voice AI tangible and accessible to target audiences, helping position Synthflow as a leader in the German and broader European AI landscape.
- • You will build and optimize lead generation funnels through landing pages, email sequences, and CTAs, while analyzing performance data to identify what converts and what needs iteration, enabling data-driven decisions that fuel scalable growth.
- • You will monitor competitors, track market trends, and deliver actionable insights to the team, ensuring Synthflow stays ahead in a fast-evolving AI market by identifying emerging opportunities and threats.
- • You will support event preparation, coordinate outreach, and initiate partnership discussions, expanding the company’s network and channel strategy through proactive relationship-building.
- • You will embrace a startup mindset: taking initiative beyond defined tasks, solving problems without a playbook, and contributing wherever help is needed — reflecting the dynamic, ownership-driven culture of an early-stage, high-growth AI company.

🎯 Requirements
- • Recently completed Bachelor’s or Master’s degree and seeking entry into a full-time role
- • Strong written and verbal communication skills in German; good English proficiency required

- • Combination of creativity and analytical thinking — capable of designing assets and evaluating their performance via data
