📋 Description
- • Own and execute the organic growth strategy for Blitz, Voodoo’s mobile gaming platform that enables players to compete for real cash prizes, focusing on channels including SEO, ASO, social media, community engagement, and referral programs.
- • Build, launch, and scale a Creator Program from the ground up by identifying, recruiting, and managing content creators and influencers who align with the Blitz brand and mobile gaming culture.
- • Develop and nurture long-term partnerships with gaming influencers, streamers, and online communities to drive organic user acquisition and brand awareness across the US market.
- • Analyze performance data across all organic channels to uncover growth opportunities, optimize campaigns, and improve user acquisition efficiency through data-driven decision-making.
- • Collaborate closely with Product, Marketing, and Gaming teams to ensure growth initiatives are tightly integrated with product roadmap milestones and feature launches.
- • Rapidly experiment with new organic growth levers, iterate based on quantitative results, and document and share learnings across the team to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
- • Monitor the competitive landscape and emerging trends in mobile gaming and creator economies to maintain a leading edge in organic growth best practices.
- • Define, track, and report on key organic KPIs and Creator Program metrics, delivering regular, clear updates to leadership on progress, challenges, and opportunities.
- • Manage multiple concurrent partnerships and growth initiatives with strong organizational skills, ensuring deadlines are met and resources are allocated efficiently.
- • Serve as the primary advocate for gaming culture within the company, leveraging deep knowledge of mobile gaming communities to inform strategy and messaging.
- • Operate autonomously in a fast-paced, startup-like environment with an entrepreneurial mindset, taking initiative to identify problems and implement solutions without direct oversight.
- • Adapt quickly to shifting priorities and market conditions, maintaining focus on scalable, sustainable growth while balancing short-term tactics with long-term brand building.
- • Ensure all growth activities comply with platform policies and industry standards for influencer marketing, app store optimization, and digital advertising practices.
- • Translate complex performance data into clear insights that inform product decisions, marketing investments, and community engagement tactics.
- • Represent Blitz at gaming events, online forums, and creator summits to strengthen brand presence and forge new partnerships.
- • Maintain a deep understanding of the preferences, behaviors, and motivations of Blitz’s target demographic: competitive mobile gamers aged 18–35 in the United States.
- • Leverage feedback from creators and users to shape product improvements and content strategies that enhance retention and engagement.
- • Coordinate cross-functional workflows between design, analytics, and community teams to ensure consistent messaging and brand experience across all touchpoints.
- • Establish benchmarks for creator program success, including content output, audience reach, conversion rates, and ROI, and continuously refine targeting and compensation models.
- • Stay informed about platform algorithm changes (e.g., TikTok, Instagram, YouTube) and adjust organic growth tactics accordingly to maximize visibility and reach.
- • Foster a collaborative and inclusive environment with creators and internal teams by promoting transparency, mutual respect, and shared goals.
