  • • Own the end-to-end growth motion for FocusKPI’s newly validated AI products—taking them from promising prototypes to revenue-generating solutions used by data-driven enterprises. You will be the connective tissue between product, marketing, sales, and customer success, orchestrating demos, outreach, feedback loops, and onboarding to accelerate adoption.
  • • Run polished, story-driven product demos that turn technical capabilities into clear business value. You’ll script the narrative, design the flow, and continuously A/B-test “wow moments” to lift demo-to-pilot conversion rates. Expect to deliver 3–5 live sessions per week to prospects, channel partners, and early design partners across North America and EMEA.
  • • Build and execute multi-channel outreach campaigns (email, LinkedIn, warm referrals, targeted communities) that generate a predictable pipeline of qualified meetings. You’ll craft personalized sequences, iterate on subject lines and CTAs, and maintain rigorous follow-up cadences to ensure no lead goes cold.
  • • Serve as the voice of the customer by collecting structured feedback after every demo, pilot, and renewal conversation. You’ll synthesize qualitative insights into concise product briefs—complete with pain points, feature requests, and ROI data—that directly inform the engineering roadmap.
  • • Continuously sharpen sales collateral: one-pagers, landing pages, case studies, demo scripts, and competitive battle cards. You’ll collaborate with design and product to ensure every asset speaks the customer’s language and differentiates our AI workflows from generic LLM wrappers.
  • • Coordinate lightweight onboarding and implementation for new accounts—configuring prompts, connecting data sources, setting up user roles, and validating outputs—so pilot users experience value within days, not weeks.
  • • Own CRM hygiene (HubSpot) and weekly pipeline reporting. You’ll tag stages, log activities, forecast close dates, and flag blockers so leadership has real-time visibility into revenue trajectory and resource needs.
  • • Experiment with go-to-market tactics: refine ICP definitions, test vertical messaging, launch micro-events or webinars, and track funnel metrics to double down on what works. You’ll maintain a growth experimentation backlog and share learnings in bi-weekly retros.
  • • Champion AI literacy across the organization by documenting prompt-engineering best practices, creating quick-start guides, and running internal lunch-and-learns so the entire GTM team can speak confidently about LLM strengths, limitations, and security considerations.
  • • Within your first 60 days, achieve full ownership of the demo calendar, establish a repeatable outreach engine generating ≥10 qualified meetings per month, and deliver a customer-feedback report that drives at least two high-impact product improvements. By day 90, you’ll have converted multiple pilots into paid subscriptions and built the foundation for a scalable growth playbook.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 2–5 years of hands-on experience in growth marketing, B2B SaaS sales, customer success, or business development with a track record of influencing pipeline and revenue
  • • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills—able to translate complex AI workflows into crisp business benefits for both technical and non-technical audiences
  • • Demonstrated comfort leading customer-facing calls, running live demos, and managing follow-up sequences without dropping the ball
  • • Highly organized self-starter who thrives in remote settings, uses CRM or equivalent tools daily, and builds repeatable processes for outreach, feedback, and reporting
  • • Genuine curiosity about AI/LLM technologies and willingness to learn prompt engineering, evaluation metrics, and basic privacy/security concepts to support demos and onboarding
